Go Forth!

Walt Whitman is known as one of the greatest american poets of all time. Levi's was incredibly genius to put this commercial together. They are creating a feeling of empowerment and spontaneity among the younger generation of americans. "Leaves of grass" the book which the poem used in this commercial "Pioneers! O Pioneers" came from, praises nature and humans involvement in it. The commercial shows the youths of america in all different shapes and forms joining together in a movement. It parallels a deeper connection between everyone. The "Go forth" at the end is like a call to arms that evokes the consumer to go out and live, while wearing Levi's jeans. The thrill of being a part of something bigger than yourself exudes from this commercial.

Well done Levi's, well done.
